Meet our Chief Mission Officer, Leah Lynch

Leah has led the Goodwill Mission Services Department for six years and currently serves as the Chief Mission Officer. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Special Education from the University of Washington as well as a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit Management from the University of Central Florida. Leah has an extensive background in program and resource development and brings her experience in the management and development of Goodwill mission service programs.

Leah’s passion for the non-profit sector began in Jacksonville in 1995, when she developed and operated a foundation in partnership with NIKE and the NFL focused on assisting low-income teen girls navigate a pathway to college through sports. Leah’s experience expanded as she worked to replicate the program in six other NFL franchise cities.

Leah resides in Jacksonville Beach and enjoys time with her three children and is happiest when outside, active and in or near the ocean.
