Goodwill of North Florida is a diversified human service organization, self-funded by its network of retail stores. For over sixty years, we have been turning your donations into jobs! Donations of gently used clothing, furniture and household items are the lifeline of our business and the engine that supports our mission... to train and employ people with disabilities and special needs. Goodwill’s six Job Junctions (Walk-in Career Centers) offer an extensive array of employment services, free of charge to anyone seeking employment.

Annually, the Goodwill Job Junctions serve over 56,000 people and place over 11,533 into employment. The combined first year earnings of these “new taxpayers” totals over $98 Million Dollars. This newly created purchasing power not only strengthen one’s self-esteem and self-sufficiency, it strengthens the economy and social vitality of our entire community.

Our employment services are also offered free of charge to employers. We partner with private sector businesses in addition to state and federal government agencies, to fulfill their hiring needs with our job ready participants.
